I only worked there for a few months before they started cutting my hours so much that I wondered if I was still working there, so I called them, and they told me I had been terminated. Also, this one other girl I worked the most with was phenomenal and really helped me get up to speed with trainings, knew pretty much everything about the store and sales, and had been working there for about 5 years was still a sales associate, so I guess don't expect a promotion at this place even if you do your all and commit yourself to the job.
