      Pros

      good discount, great product, competetive salary, stores a generally located in a desireable place to work, great benefits and you can make some wonderful friends.

      Cons

      long hours, high turnover, too few payroll hours, working frequently by yourself for 4+ hours at a time, don't trust you enough to make a decision without your DM's input. If you are going to pay someone more than the average store manager salary, then let them make a decision. These are not idiots that are store managers but hard working and a lot of self-supporting people.

      Pros

      It is a great place to get get your start working in sales. They have a very nice sales infrastructure set up based on giving the best possible customer experience. This makes it easy to learn the fundamentals of selling and depending on senior management, they can cultivate your skills or just let them go.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, you're working for a big corporation (Limited Brands). The turnover for employees and lower-level management is huge.
