      Pros

      It is a great place to get get your start working in sales. They have a very nice sales infrastructure set up based on giving the best possible customer experience. This makes it easy to learn the fundamentals of selling and depending on senior management, they can cultivate your skills or just let them go.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, you're working for a big corporation (Limited Brands). The turnover for employees and lower-level management is huge.

      Pros

      Team. All the locations I worked at where very team oriented. We helped each other, achieving goal was a team task not just left as a responsibility for the manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a blind eye turned on bad managers due to work history with upper management.

      Idk honestly maybe that the closing its not going to be as much as a retail clothing store because these are much more about products

      A lot there's many things that has to get some and especially that it is a fast paste store and many more
