Pros

-Great Products -This company has a strong focus on customer service - Easy to move up within the company

Cons

The position of Sales Leader is really just a benefit for the company. It is a part-time management position that does most of the same work as the full time management team, but with no benefits.

Pros

The company places a strong emphasis on the customer experience which makes the job both fun and satisfying. You really do feel like you are making people's days even though it sounds corny. The people you work with will make or break your experience, especially in a low volume store. Floor sets can be fun if you enjoy problem solving and being on your feet. This is an on-your-feet job especially during Holiday season which is great most of the time because you will never need to exercise outside of work, plus it makes the day go by a lot faster. Bath and Body Works is great for those who are comfortable selling, but it can be very uncomfortable for those who are not. The company's selling strategies are tastefully done and always with the customer's satisfaction and loyalty in mind. But if you are uncomfortable dealing with customers who do not want to hear you talk about products than this may not be the job for you.

Cons

For a Sales Lead things can be tough because a lot of times you feel like a semi-glorified associate that has a lot of the downsides but few perks. Sales Leads do not receive health benefits but are expected to commit almost full time to their job. In the Holiday season you will be working 40+ hours but in the off-season (February-May) it is likely that you will not receive 20 hours which makes it hard if you are depending on an income.
