      *Awsome discount. *Great Products. *They are really understanding about problems. *They dont discriminate against you. *Nice co workers. *You smell great :)

      Cons

      You have to work over time and may not get home till late. You hardly get anytime off. Really demanding on a customer.

      Interactive and fast paced environment comraderie between coworkers free merchandise cross brand discout- 30% at BBW and VS

      Cons

      advancement is in hands of store manager. they are the only one that can alert you of openings. Can be good and bad- my store is known for its high retention rate. My SM values that over a high advancement rate. Couple that with her hatred of training and that means I'm not going anywhere. full time and benefits are only for the Store manager and co manager. Not nice considering a sales leader works full time 7 mos out of ther year (Our Semi-Annual sales and Holiday season account for 7 mos out of the year) this is a great position while in school. Decent amout of money for the hours. Would not be sufficient to support myself if i wasnt living at home! standard sales associates work only 2-3 shifts MAX a week. expect to only work 12 hrs MAX
