Pros

Fun atmostphere, great products, awesome incentives, room for advancement, great learning opportunity, gives entrepreneurial experience, provides tools and training for employees

Cons

More growth opportunities needed. A great way to offer this is to offer intern programs for employees to be able to grow with the company.

Pros

The overall experience was the best; when I first worked there. Everything was neat and organized. The people(co-workers) were friendly! I loved working there. The management was up to par, and they knew their job and what they were supposed to do; during my first few months of working there.

Cons

It wasnt even close to a year till I started seeing how everything ran behind the scenes. Not every place is perfect, but the store had more store repairs needed than you could shake a stick at. Back stock was overall cramped and not organized at. Management fell short. The previous store manager had left for a bigger opportunity. She went to work as a store manager in Hawaii! Then for 2 months or so we were short on managers. It was literally amusing how the store was slowly falling apart because everyone was leaving. In March, a new store manager came in. She tried to direct the store in a right direction, but I think she was overwhelmed she didn't know what to do, and "CSL's" told her what's really supposed to be going. To be honest she should of just stayed a lesser position. Long story short, Management was faulty, the so-called "best sells people" were not friendly to co-workers, and had the tendency to be immature and basically just "high school" chat about the lesser associates. Beware, the people will put you on schedule for only 4-8 hours per week. Also, unless your a manager and or CSL, you will get paid biweekly on minimum wage. So don't expect a massive paycheck. The floorsets and "store-meetings" were overall amusing and unorganized. A schedule for floorsets(and inventory) should NOT last 6pm-4am in the wee hours of a new day. CEO really should look into that and improve this place because it has so much potential. It may meet its quota, but some of the people who work there "behind-the-scenes" are rude and definitely unprofessional. Co-workers should not be drove away from work just because of unexceptional attitudes and favoritism. Leave emotions at the door don't bring it in the store. It's tacky. The dreaded "Call-Ins" are ridiculous! Basically, you cancel all plans for your whole day, and you call one hour before your scheduled time and see if your needed or not, yet when your not needed you feel as your day is wasted.
