Pros

Generally nice group of people, great customer base, you get to know and learn about the products and get discounts.

Cons

Very low pay until you get to an actual management level (Co-Manager or higher); Customer Sales Leads receive very low payment for the amount of responsibility compared to other companies.

Pros

You get to try the new products for free. Good discount of all limited brand stores ie: victoria secret, white barn candle co, bath and body works. They recognize a job well done and take care of their employees finacially if a disaster ever hit.

Cons

This place is VERY micromanaged! Its not always a bad thing but this was over board for me! Training is 6hrs of video watching and you get NO hands on experience. They expect you to know everything right away and it isnt possible from just watching a video! They had lots of on call shift which is a waist of my time and give out very little hours. Management is not very helpful when you have questions about something and co-workers are not too friendly.

Pros

-management/coworkers were very nice -employee discount off any store in company network (Bath and Body Work, Victoria's Secret, Limited Too, etc) -Simple interview process, paid training

Cons

-hours were horrible, even for part time. The interviewer said that the position was for 20 hrs/week but that it was common during the slow times to average 10 hrs/week. The most I got was 6 hours in a week, and that was during the semi-annual sale -like so many have already said, call-in shifts were dumb. You have to make yourself available but they almost never need you -They had way too many people working during any one shift. The store was too small to need 7-9 girls working the floor plus the 3 managers. Which is whatever, but they want you to stay busy, which is hard because there really wasn't enough work to be divvied up between 9 girls. -I only worked there for 3 weeks. And in that After I called in to see if I was needed for my call-in shift and they said no, I was not scheduled for anymore shifts, nor was I ever contacted about a termination. I thought that maybe I had done something wrong, but then I ran into a girl that worked with me there a few months later, and she said that they had done the same thing to her.
