      Pros

      Nice products, well marketed, clean stores, treat customers well, great products, they have many coupons and special buys, and special sales that lead you into the store. Always changing

      Cons

      If you are not one of them you are not included, not a good training and you get set up for failure off the bat, if you are new you will have to work ALL weekend and hours that no one else wants, if you are not promoted from within, you are not given the appropriate training, watching videos and reading a manual is not sufficient for a MGR position.
