Pros

15 minute breaks, they gave awards at store meetings, they quickly give greater responsibility to those who demonstrate they are willing to fully commit to the (sometimes extreme) enthusiasm the role requires.

Cons

They force you to wait to leave until someone is ready to check your bag, long hours on a very hard floor (no mats or carpet for worker's well-being), split shifts, short hours, no flexibility of schedule, managers are always changing locations, there is a ton of product waste when new packaging comes out (product is destroyed), really loud and hectic walkie talkie system.

Pros

For the most part management is pretty good working around your school schedule, just make sure you update it a couple weeks in advanced if there are any changes. If you're worried there's no drug testing (at least to my knowledge, maybe randomly if they suspect anything). The job skills are pretty simple if you stay out of the stockroom. 15 minute breaks for every 4 hours worked, lunch if you work over 5 1/2 hours.

Cons

Lunches are only 30 minutes, so you're pretty much stuck eating mall food unless you bring something with you or drive crazy fast to the fast-food places on the other side of the freeway (Dublin). If you venture into working replenishment on a regular basis and processing shipment, good luck on getting consistent praise from management. They expect you to get work done in half the time realistically needed for projects. Management does more criticizing than praise and don't seem to realize that not all employees benefit from constant criticism - some may work better, others need praise along with it to keep them going or else they feel worthless. It's really hard to get promoted in the company considering there are three managers and one sales lead, so the only time you can get promoted is during holidays and it's usually temporary. HOURS ARE SO INCONSISTENT! One week you can have 30+ hours, the next week you may not get scheduled at all. If you need a STABLE paycheck, don't work here. However, if you're good at sucking up, then you'll get more hours. There's very blatant favoritism going on at this store. That's the main reason why I quit - if I had stable hours then I would have stayed and put up with the politics, but I refuse to suck up to people who won't reward honest, hard work and I can't survive off of $400 a month...
