Pros

Going to work every day in a wonderful environment with great products. Always busy, never standing around. High expections of Associates/Managers with product knowledge and customer service. Free products monthly.

Cons

Not enough payroll to ensure proper training takes place with new Associates and/or proper coaching/one on ones happen off the floor. Company expects a lot of feedback/coaching to Team, which I agree with, but not enough payroll to do regularly.

Pros

love the products; you are eligible for discounts at Victorias Secret which rarely has sales on some of the items I like

Cons

Once you become an employee they take you off coupon mailing lists and your discount is not given on ANY sale item which means no discounts no coupons for you. I have now been given call in hours for the last few Saturdays which means I cannot plan on any family time. Last week I had 3 call ins and actually recieved NO hours. If I relied on this paycheck I would be starving.

Pros

Great people to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help you. Fun environment in a nice store with great products. Exciting to work with customers - known for good customer service.

Cons

I was hired for the summer part-time yet still only worked once in the span of two weeks. I was given two officially scheduled days (one of which they called me to cancel on because they had overbooked the amount of hours scheduled) and the rest call-ins. I have never been asked to come in on a call-in day yet. I'm typically only given work for three days a week, with only one of those days being a scheduled, non-call in shift. It's very hard to get hours in and they still haven't finished training me so I'm not authorized to work the cash wrap yet. I'm not sure if my hours will be able to get any better this summer since I haven't been given the training necessary and they aren't bringing me into the store to finish that training. In my opinion, it isn't fair for sales associates to be hired and then never needed to come in or used for anything.
