Pros

The job pays well. Employees get free product about once a month. If you are hard working and show interest in the job there are opportunities to move high up in the company - even such as becoming a district manager. Only key holders and higher management get benefits but they are pretty good benefits. If you are a supervisor and higher management you also get paid vacation and sick pay as well.

Cons

Not all managers are equally as supportive and hard working, some do a lot of work and support you in every way possible, and some have extremely high expectations for every employee excluding themself. The expectations for every position are extremely high. Often times you have to work every single Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There are many "blackout" days during holiday season (September to January) where you cannot take any unpaid time off (includes basically every weekend during holiday season). If you are not as hard working/motivated at work expect to get almost no hours. Your schedule is subject to change anytime before the 24 hours before you were scheduled to work without any notice at all - you need to be constantly checking your schedule in order to make it to your shifts on time. Because of the scheduling, if you work a lot there is an extreme lack of work life balance. Depending on the location and management there could be significant amounts of drama. If you do make a complaint to HR 9 times out of 10 absolutely nothing will happen and they won't follow up with you either. Dress code is pretty strict - you have to wear specifically blue jeans and a white/black t-shirt or long sleeve with no logos.
