      Pros

      I've never been part of a company that treats their employees so well. Truly an amazing company. Leadership is very down to earth and you can easily make conversation with anyone of them in the kitchen, halls or at events. Large number of group socials - which executives do their best to attend, there are usually a couple executives at every social so you get to mingle with them. The staff really love what they do, everyone is very positive and happy - very positive environment to be part of. The work is very interesting, mining is complicated and keeps your on your toes. You learn something new every day. I really do enjoy coming into work every day.

      Cons

      There are busy times of the year that require you to put in extra hours - it's not usually a 9-5 job, but that's expected anywhere. For the most part, the work-life balance is very reasonable.
