      Barrick had a great atmosphere of safety culture and a substantial underground bonus system.

      Cons

      Barrick merged with Nevada Gold Mines and ultimately NGM took over. NGM under minded "safety culture" and systematically dropped underground bonus, while forcing long-term Barrick Management members to resign.
