They have two good mines in NV, they pay well and there are some good people working there.

Cons

Company has gone downhill lately, not just the layoffs but the company culture has suffered, almost like the company exists to protect the jobs of the executives and managers up top by sacrificing as many little guys as is necessary. Company is still run by people who make terrible financial decisions. This on

There are so many things wrong with the place. They used to be held in high regard in the industry and are now considered one of the worst. They have potential but make very poor decisions. Management is terrible. The camp is an old motel that they retrofitted... so you can imagine.
