      The pay was decent, although you earned every penny.

      Cons

      Management took no interest in the workers, company doesn’t invest in its workers or listen to concerns. While I was there may benefits were taken away from workers to save the company money. Safety was not a top priority. A lot of nepotism was involved when filling positions in the company.
