      Good benefits, stable work environment for the industry.

      Cons

      Management doesn't address the issues in the work place, they ignore it and hope it will go away. Pay not really based on performance. Every hourly employee paid the same for their tech level no matter the type of job.

      The pay is good, the benefits are decent. If you're Canadian, the growth potential appears limitless.

      Cons

      The mining culture and the Canadian culture are not always in sync. What works in Canada does not always work in other locations around the globe.
