      Pros

      People are nice, work place is ok and there are varied projects to work on, expertise is acknowledged and used

      Cons

      It used to be a great place to work. Then they bought into copper and lost a whole bunch of money. With that everything became slash and burn to cut costs, redundancies, divestments etc

      Pros

      Was once a fantastic place to work. Even with the lean times we have now- benefits and perks far exceed the norm. Opportunities to travel are available as well as relocation

      Cons

      Very unstable for the past several years. Layoffs, reorgs, bonus cuts, uncertainty. Very difficult to plan for the future.
