      Barrick Gold offers great pay, bonus and benefits packages. Some of the work is routine, but there are many opportunities to challenge all levels of engineers and project managers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Barrick Gold is a mining company and as such is susceptible to the rise and declines in metal prices that impact all mining companies.

      Great people, safety culture, training, salary. Always looking to improve all aspects of the operation. Barrick was a great company to work for. I would recommend this company to anyone.
