      Is truly concern about safety of their employees. It is on track to reach maturity as a company, improving on their processes, objectives and refinements to its management structure

      Cons

      Too much people doing the same wrong things along the years, It has been difficult to insert cutting-edge ideas that optimize processes making them reliable.

      Barrick Gold offers great pay, bonus and benefits packages. Some of the work is routine, but there are many opportunities to challenge all levels of engineers and project managers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Barrick Gold is a mining company and as such is susceptible to the rise and declines in metal prices that impact all mining companies.
