      Great benefits, flexible schedules, fun people to work with, and the office environment in the non-corporate offices (so anywhere but Toronto) are fun and laid back.

      Cons

      Corporate choices don't seem to reflect the efforts of each region Currently relocating a major US office to a location that makes zero sense for access to mining operations
