      Constant change to the company in terms of goals direction and initiatives. New management has clear vision but not a path yet.

      Cons

      Too many consultants and uninformed inexperienced mid level MBA types around. Lost good mining experience and replaced with opinions of the uninformed.

      Great training opportunities. Company provides systematic training plans for employees and it's easy to get resource to support one's work.

      Cons

      Employee himselft/herself needs to know what training is necessary to make sure the training he/she gets is effective and useful for the current job.

      Offers good salary and benefits (industry standard), good work life balance and other perks, very involved in the communities where it has presence

      Cons

      industry is very unstable which can lead to lay-offs, but the severance package was good; other than that my experience there was not bad
