      Pros

      There are some great people to work with, this is a good interesting environment to work in and they offer flexible work hours which is essential to any busy person.

      Cons

      needs a better salary and more internal opportunities. Unless other staff members move on then promotion opportunities are very limited which is disappointing.

      Lots of opportunities to experience other divisions and access to expansive training. Good performance related bonus for entry level position.

      Cons

      Tended to be a bit results driven, and at times did not take into account anything but statistics, although over the course of employment this did improve.
