Early learning curve tapered off very quickly.

Good brand and market recognition - looks good on a CV. Working heavily with emerging markets - good exposure versus other banks.

Cons

Product set quite standard and not too sophisticated. Little room for growth as most teams quite saturated. Rely too heavily on soft targets such as number of calls made.

There are a few bad management , met some before. some are really nasty and try to manipulate to their own benefits
