      Pros

      Reputation, excellent benefits, lots of career opportunities. Most people are relatively easy to get along with generally helpful when you have questions.

      Cons

      Long hours, certain managers too busy/stressed to aid in development of junior people.

      Pros

      No doubt, pay is slightly higher than the rest. Good benefits on leaves, medical coverage and etc. Good name to put in CV

      Cons

      Poor middle management as the focus is only to get all the things done, they should also focusing on employee's career advancement, professional growth and work life balance. Well, i guess it's very much depends on who you're working under.

      Pros

      They are doing a fairly good job of integrating Lehman into their culture. The transition has been long and ardous, but they are ultimately making strides to becoming one of the best banks on the street.

      Cons

      Little recognition for middle management. Not as agile as Lehman, and people don't seem to have the same desire to effect change.
