      Large MNC bank, with a good office in Mumbai. Good team, mostly achievers and focused on work.

      Cons

      Very short term management focus. Inconsistent directions from leadership.

      They offered a fast pace working environment with an opportunity to get ahead after spending time in a certain area for a few years.

      Cons

      Management can be all over the place and will not fill you in on what is going on specifically in your division.

      Good support system and salary upgrades were very useful for someone starting out for myself. Enjoyed my time for the most part.
