- Name recognition of one of the biggest investment banks - Good office location (Singapore) - Occasional tech trainings are available - Good bonuses to permanent staff (See Cons)

Cons

- Very high attrition rate - People are easily let go regardless of tenureship - Shifting schedule changes every week which is very taxing to the body - Incompetent upper management (GTA) - Unfair treatment of contract staff against permanent - Diversity is working against the production of the team - Very high politics

Pros

People are good to work with, overall competent. Benefits is good or better than average compared to other UK banks. The culture is quite good and you can feel people are proud to be working there.

Cons

Bureaucracy just like any other large corporation, although not uncommon for this type of financial services firm. People look at your job grade first, then your title, then your name.
