Pros
Good office facilities, relatively less stress compared to other banks I worked in, no much weekend work and relaxed dress code
Cons
Virtually all high level IT managers lack either management or IT experience. Current IT management directors would spend time doing politics and hiring their friends rather than doing pure IT. People looking for themselves, no teamwork being encouraged. No cultural diversity. Japanese employees not encouraged.
