Decent benefits, supports good work life balance via flex working, pockets of good people in certain functions.

Cons

Uncompetitive pay, frequent change of Technology and Business management and strategy, difficult to attract and retain top talent due to sub-par reputation on the street.

Delay Process in Full and Final and Experience Letter

Good Salary, bonus is not part of salary.

Cons

Very bad HR team. My last day of working with Barclays was 2nd August 2017. Today its 25th Sep 2017, even after 53th days I have not received my Full and final and experience letter. I have dropped several mails to HR team, I had at-least 10 calls in these 53 days but what I got is just a promise that after 1/2 weeks we will do settlement. I don't understand why Barclays is not able to provide experience letter even after 53 days.

Pros

Benefits are good if you have worked there more than 2 years and are grandfathered in the old plan. Flexible working and working from home has finally arrived at the Investment Bank. People are nice. It's a friendly place to work. Salaries are average with the industry.

Cons

Technology is shocking and very behind other banks due to lack of investment. Cost cutting has been too severe, constant changes in mgmt decisions and failed location strategies has caused talent to leave. Bonuses are below average.
