Barclays is heavily invested towards the learning and development of our colleagues and committed towards being an organization that promotes and nurtures talent. We are reorganizing our learning offerings with a focus on mentoring and sponsorship programs and our learning avenues include curated learning paths and multiple online resources such as from Pluralsight, Safari and Gartner as well as leadership sessions and roadshows.
