      Good company to settle down in career. Lesser opportunities for growth at junior levels

      Pros

      Ample earned & sick leaves, Good work life balance, Pays heavily, Invests good on training, good career break policies, policies such as work from home, work half day daily, work 3/ 4 days per week etc. for mid to higher managements, flexibility in work timings, opportunities for internal transfers within depts. & BUs, technically challenging work

      Cons

      Lesser growth opportunities (role change) No extra curricular activities Heavy politics (not really a cons for this company coz practically speaking it is omnipresent)
