Yesterday marked my 1 year milestone with Barclay Simpson and it has been the best year of my professional life. I started as a Resourcer and swiftly got promoted within 6 months to an AC. This could not have been possible without Barclay Simpson's environment and current employees who all support everyone. Barclay Simpson stands out head and shoulder from any recruitment companies. This company is not a micro management style at all. Everyone is professional, very knowledgeable within their markets and also as managers. Barclay Simpson have a lot of employees that have been with the company and their market for so many years. This has been a huge advantage for me, in terms of learning and leveraging their skills and experience. The CEO is always at arm's reach and is open to new ideas from all levels. The training and development is fantastic as well as the back office support. This company offers something the rest can't and that is your mental health. You will not be burnt out or worked to the ground, you will go home with a smile on your face. Which is very rare in our industry.
