Open and inclusive culture Approachable and passionate senior leadership Excellent brand reputation in the market and lots of opportunity to be successful Employees are respected as individuals and are left to manage their own time / schedule KPIs are sensible, thought out and there for a reason Unusually flexible and autonomous environment for a recruitment company

Cons

Commission structure is not competitive, although that may have changed now Changes in structure / leadership mean goal posts can get moved Can be to easy to hide / get complacent - there were certainly one or two drifters in my time there

Pros

Well regarded brand with good PSL coverage across really diverse client list. Good mix of recruitment experience and allow for a number of different recruitment approaches. The company allows a good amount of flexibility and as someone with no children I am allowed as much as I need to accommodate my commute and lifestyle. Really nice bunch of people with far less ego's and difficult personalities than you get in some other recruitment firms

Cons

The offices are a bit tired and the IT has some legacy issues. The imminent arrival of the most up to date CRM available and moving more towards the cloud should rectify this though.

Cons

Not everyone in the business has positively embraced the recent changes which is a pity as the CEO is bringing in some really good ideas/changes which are making the business more successful.
