I have been working at BS for over 4 years and progressed through the ranks to be leading a team. I have worked at 2 other firms in my career and I can say this is hands down the most professional and mature environment to make a brand for yourself and make good money. Management is consultative and understanding. The benefits package and and base salary are excellent. Recently I had some health issues and HR and management have been flexible to accommodate my needs whilst the health insurance has paid for everything. Recruitment is a stressful enough job you don't need big ego's micro managing you or working alongside you. BS is a truly collaborative place and I get on with everyone at the business. Back office support is exceptional.

The value of strong, genuine relationships (with colleagues, clients and candidates) is understood and fostered here -Excellent opportunities and clear pathways for promotion, comission and attainment rewards. Transparency on these things makes a huge difference and makes meeting your goals much more achievable in relatively short timescales. -great, talented colleagues -Good CSR culture- a strong csr committee seems genuinely keen to get employees involved in charity events- 2 days for csr activities (extra leave) are given to every employee.
