Pros

Barclay Simpson has a phenomenal brand in it's chosen markets and consultants who know how to deliver for their clients and candidates. After a tricky 2020 for the industry this has been an extraordinary year for the business and it's a real pleasure to work with such great people.

Cons

The old offices weren't great but the new office is fantastic. Communication from top down had been a bit of an issue on the past as well but so much has been done to improve it.

Pros

It’s been a challenging 12 months for the recruitment industry but Barclay Simpson has been supportive throughout. The CEO has communicated with us effectively via regular VCs so we’ve been informed about what’s going on. Barclay Simpson’s list of PSLs is huge and the brand is great so it’s a brilliant platform to develop your desk. Commission is generous and the environment is collaborative.

Cons

There’s lots on here about the office but, post Covid, we’re only expected to be in the office one day a week so this is much less important now.
