Unrivalled work/life balance in the recruitment sector with opportunities for flexible working Genuine progression opportunities with clear career pathways Top quality training Work hard/play hard culture without being a typical boiler room/'lad' environment KPI-free

Cons

Commission structure not as strong as elsewhere though higher basic salaries balances this out

*Driven, intelligent and friendly colleagues. (I sat in the legal + compliance division and found this to be particularly the case here) *Strong leadership and direction from senior management. Open to feedback and receptive on this *Genuinely nice people throughout the firm. Great culture All in all, a very good place to work in my experience

Cons

*Offices could do with a spruce up, but I think they’re working on that *No real negatives to be honest

Open and inclusive culture Approachable and passionate senior leadership Excellent brand reputation in the market and lots of opportunity to be successful Employees are respected as individuals and are left to manage their own time / schedule KPIs are sensible, thought out and there for a reason Unusually flexible and autonomous environment for a recruitment company

Cons

Commission structure is not competitive, although that may have changed now Changes in structure / leadership mean goal posts can get moved Can be to easy to hide / get complacent - there were certainly one or two drifters in my time there
