Pros

Management and coworkers are all very supportive and helpful, there isn't that toxic competition that can be found in other companies. The company always acted fairly in any situation (eg assessments, reviews, redundancies), and feedbacks were always delivered with a fair and positive attitude. The training was given both through seminars and on a daily basis. Everyone is always happy to help and share their knowledge.

I was sexually harassed by my manager and was made to feel uncomfortable at work because he was always making jokes about breasts and menstrual cycles.
