Working in this bank is overall very satisfying. The salary is great, the benefits are amazing and the people that work there are very smart and friendly.

Cons

Unfortunately, retire in this company is a dream. They tend to see "long term employees" as a burden, very easily replaceable. They do not value the people that work for them.
