Good Work Life Balance Good pay raise if you are a Top or Strong performed Bonus payout is in line with predefined slabs There is a lot of new work coming in so lot of opportunities available to employees. Deep focus on implementing devops and agile so the developers will get to learn a lot on the automation

Cons

Manager driven company so you are screwed if you are not in good books of your manager. Near to 0 onsite/ travel opportunities - so if you aspire to travel then this is not a place to be There is too much focus on optics Lot of old timers so sometimes you may get a feeling of being on a sticky wicket
