Ummmm.....nice office is about all it’s got.

Cons

Constant turnover which brings down morale. No senior staff because everyone quits before then. Managers are overworked and crabby- not willing to train and educate the staff. The pay was not commensurate with the hours. It’s a firm created through countless mergers so it doesn’t seem to know who it is

Poor communication, if someone doesn't want to take the blame for messing up they will blame it on the new person, new procedures every day

Pay is below market for public accounting at all levels. Management has laundry list of talking points to "justify" low pay. Management expects a lot (i.e. Charge hours and taking on extra roles) and there is little recognition for extra work. Management claims there are great benefits, but most jobs provide the benefits offered.
