The enviornment is very collaborative and flexible. I am regularly asked for my input, allowed to make decisions and try new things. I also feel that the partners truly care about my success.

Cons

Because of the matrix organization and level of collaboration, it can take longer to make decisions than I would like.

They understand a work life balance. They have a fair pay scale. Competitive Benefits Base level staff are very nice

Cons

Senior Management and Partners are out of touch. Poor communication throughout the company. Not much concern on keeping talented staff on board.
