Pros

Great work life balance. Good benefits and perks. You can learn a lot in a short period of time if you keep nagging for work.

Cons

Companies expectations are not communicated clearly to staff. Make sure to bill above 30%. When a project is budgeted for 8 hours and you finish in 4 and are always ahead of schedule but the work is not getting assigned fast enough, make sure you still bill above 30%. Powertalk meaning if you finish in 4 hours make sure to still bill 8 hours. You will get the axe. Do not trust the person asigning the work, if they tell you it's ok that you aren't assigned anything because there isn't any work do not believe that and find work. Again make sure you bill at least 30%.
