Must work 45 hrs a week, you are supposed to charge a crapload of out of scope services to your clients. People don't really care about each other. You will work and work and work and never feel like you can bill enough time or meet your requirements. Unlimited PTO is a joke...meaning it's not really unlimited when you're required to bill a certain amount of hours per year anyways.
