- Everyone is super helpful and collaborative regardless of level - Solid benefits - Generous PTO and holiday - Lots of great programs encouraging diversity

Cons

- Busy season (mid January to end of April) requires about 50 to 55 hours of work each week, but that's expected at this profession - Sometimes it's not clear what you should be doing, especially when you are working with a new client
