Cons

Making the smallest mistake will jeopardize your job immediately. Work/Life balance in non-existent during busy season.

I worked with some wonderful people at the firm. They taught me a lot about accounting. Great social environment

Small clients, felt like I was doing bookkeeping half the time, pressure to meet charge budget, I felt bad even charging time to my clients

Senior Management and Partners are out of touch. Poor communication throughout the company. Not much concern on keeping talented staff on board.
