Pros

The half yearly/ yearly Increment rate good but could not able to compete against Big 4

Cons

Political Issues – Workplace dynamics are heavily influenced by internal politics. Favoritism in Management – Those good at polishing shoes can secure longer engagement timelines and additional assistants, even for less challenging tasks. Sexist Management – Favoritism is shown based on appearance and those who are good in chitchatting with management. Lack of Genuine Feedback Consideration – While management asks for opinions, decisions are often pre-determined, making input feel disregarded. Broken Promises – Commitments made by management are frequently not upheld. Ineffective Whistleblowing Policy – Reporting issues to HR serves as a warning for management rather than a protection for employees. Those who speak up often face retaliation, isolation,t and are ultimately being forced to resign.
