Pros

The firm had a high calibre client list

Cons

There is a huge disconnect between the image the firm wanted to portray and the reality. Lawyers from less privileged backgrounds were treated unfairly, even ostracised in some departments and there was a distinct lack of diversity the higher up you went. It would be a lie to say this organisation is at all inclusive. The firm also seemed to think that raising salaries could make up for all other shortfalls that were not addressed.
