      International work and network; fairly transparent reviews of lawyer performance (bottom-line based). Focus on practical advice to clients.

      Cons

      Need to build business and sometimes internal politics across offices. The firm has made strides to correct this and be more like one firm, but sometimes the financial incentives of individual partners aren't well-aligned toward this coordination.
