Pros

- Work is extremely varied and interesting - Unexpectedly, I was given real work from day one, not just filing and grunt work (though there was some of that, of course). I felt involved in a team and by the end of my time there I felt I'd gotten real insight into the profession. - My superiors were extremely approachable

Cons

None in particular. If I were to really nitpick, I'd say more of a collaborative spirit could be beneficial, and add to a better workplace ambiance.
