Pros

Substantial training provided, overseas trips at least twice a year, cross-border firms, wardrobe allowance, truly international network, great people and social events.

Cons

As with most Big Law, hours may be harsh and partners sometimes do not genuinely care whether you are coping OK. Long way to becoming Senior Associate and Partner. Great place to start off your legal career but not for long term. Extremely high turnover rate.
