Pros

Interesting work from solid global client base. Good reputation in Hong Kong and Asia generally. Opportunities for professional and personal development are plenty if you choose.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for those below a small and static group of senior partners who are increasingly approaching mandatory retirement. Compensation is not on par with other international firms.
